Hosted by ADAPT Community Network, this free summit features expert panels, workshops, and strategies for empowering children with disabilities, supporting transitions to adulthood, and promoting independence through informed decision-making. Topics include self-advocacy in early childhood, navigating adult service, informed choices & person-centered support and a live Q&A with Project Connect. Speakers represented several key organizations supporting individuals with disabilities, including ADAPT Community Network, Birch Family Services, Person Centered Care Services, and Hofstra University.
