Artist and chronic illness patient Sal Marx will lead a free interactive workshop at Positive Exposure Gallery, 83 Maiden Lane, New York, exploring how art can help people narrate pain and tell their stories in expressive ways. Participants will learn how visual art can serve as a tool for expressing experiences that can be difficult to communicate and for building connections with others facing similar challenges.
Through guided creative exercises, attendees will have the opportunity to create and share their own work in a welcoming environment. Register here.
