This free training will review New York State adult service agencies for people with disabilities, the services they provide, and their eligibility processes. Attendees will learn how to connect students with disabilities to essential post-school supports and services, understand the benefits of adult agency programs, and explore ways to involve students and IEP teams in the transition process. NYC families and professionals are welcome. Presented by the Manhattan Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Center.
