The New York State Council on Developmental Disabilities (CDD) supports programs across the State to positively impact the lives of people with developmental disabilities and those who support them.
The CDD’s work is guided by a federally required five-year plan called the “State Plan.” The CDD is required to prepare a new State Plan for 2027–2031 and submit it to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Administration for Community Living. The public is being asked to review the recommended plan and provide final comments.
