Positive Exposure, 83 Maiden Lane, New York, will host drop-in guided tours of the New York Disability Rights Archive, an exhibition that explores the history of disability rights advocacy in New York and the long fight for accessible transportation. The archive preserves the records, stories, and strategies of local activists whose efforts helped shape the disability rights movement and advance accessibility.
The exhibition has been extended through January 31, and appointments are also available for those who wish to visit outside of tour hours. Email events@positiveexposure.org for appointment information and additional details.
