The National Organization on Disability hosts a career fair offering personalized virtual training sessions where job seekers can receive hands-on coaching to strengthen resumes, interviewing skills, and self-advocacy, while employers learn best practices for inclusive hiring, accommodations, and workplace accessibility.
To attend participants must be:
- Undergrad, graduate, doctorate students, graduates a few years out from school.
- Have a 504, IEP or school accommodation.
- Value accessible and inclusive opportunities.
