Students and families: are you ready for life after high school and what comes next? New York City Public Schools' Transition and College Access Centers, the Special Education Office, The Transition Alliance, and The City University of New York invite students with IEPs or 504 Plans and their families to a Citywide Transition Summit at John Jay College in Manhattan. Meet colleges, vocational programs, service providers, and community organizations. Attend workshops and 1-on-1 transition consultations to prepare for life after high school.
